As part of the collaboration with an e-commerce platform, penetration testing was conducted to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities such as lack of user input validation, susceptibility to malicious code injection (SQL Injection, XSS), lack of protection against brute-force attacks, lack of encryption for sensitive data, unsecured APIs, and CSRF attack risks. The project encompassed testing various technologies, including PHP, Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, AWS, Azure, GCP, React, Angular, Flutter, Vue.js, Node.js, Django, Flask, TypeScript, Go, as well as Linux and Windows operating systems. Popular e-commerce platforms such as WordPress, Magento, and OpenCart were also tested.
