General Provisions
The personal data controller is B2B.net S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (address: Aleje Jerozolimskie 180, 02-486 Warsaw), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS number: 0000387063, for which registration files are maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP: 5711707392, REGON: 280613330, tel. (22) 427 63 70. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal provisions, and data is stored on secured servers.
This document constitutes the privacy policy of B2B.net S.A. and defines the principles, methods of processing, and use of data and information originating from candidates, clients, and users of all websites owned by B2B.net S.A., i.e., www.b2bnetwork.pl and ekurs.b2bnetwork.pl/
By entering a website owned by B2B.net S.A. or using it and sending us any personal data in connection with recruitment applications or training registrations, etc., and by reviewing the content of this Policy, the User accepts its terms and confirms that they have read its content. Therefore, please read this Policy carefully.
B2B.net S.A. may entrust the processing of Personal Data to a Third Party based on a contract concluded with them. B2B.net S.A. will make every effort to enter into contracts only with entities that offer an appropriate level of security for the processed Personal Data, in accordance with GDPR.
Third Party means, among others: entities providing website hosting, entities operating IT and telecommunications systems, providers of analytical tools, sales support, customer service, marketing and educational activities, accounting offices, entities conducting payment activities (banks, payment institutions), and other collaborators of B2B.net S.A.
Definitions
Personal data — within the meaning of GDPR means information about an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, email address, telephone number, or other data that may identify a natural person.
GDPR — means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Candidate — a specialist in a given field recommended by B2B.net S.A. to its clients.
User — a person visiting a website owned by B2B.net S.A. Candidate, training participant, person asking a question, person subscribed to the newsletter.
Services — services provided by B2B.net S.A. electronically, by telephone, and via the website, i.e.: newsletter subscription, sending inquiries via the contact form, submitting documents and data necessary for participation in the recruitment process, registering for training.
Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data
The Controller, i.e., B2B.net S.A., processes Personal Data for the purpose of:
Sending Users, to the email addresses or telephone numbers they have provided, responses to questions sent via the contact form available on websites owned by B2B.net S.A. The legal basis for such processing of Personal Data is the consent expressed by each User to the processing of personal data (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Reviewing the job application submitted by the User and potentially conducting a recruitment process by B2B.net S.A. The legal basis is the consent expressed by each User to the processing of personal data (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Organizing and conducting training. The legal basis for such processing of Personal Data is the contract for the provision of training services concluded with B2B.net S.A. by submitting an order form (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Sending Users, to the email addresses they have provided, commercial and marketing information, including newsletters, provided that the User has consented to receiving them. The legal basis is the User’s consent to the processing of Personal Data (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Displaying contextual advertising (not tailored to preferences) and behavioral advertising (tailored to preferences) to the User — therefore, the User may see advertisements for our training/announcements on websites or social media profiles, which in the case of contextual advertising is our legitimate interest and constitutes the basis for processing (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and in the case of behavioral advertising, the basis for processing is the User’s consent to the use of cookies or other technologies for this purpose (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Period of Processing Personal Data
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, we process Personal Data for the period necessary to achieve the specified purpose. The User’s personal data will not be processed for longer than required by law, e.g., the law requires that employment data be stored for 50 years and tax data for 5 years. After this period, Personal Data will be irreversibly deleted or destroyed.
In other cases, e.g., consent to receive newsletters, Personal Data will be processed by B2B.net S.A. until consent for their processing is withdrawn.
Provision of Personal Data
By providing Personal Data on websites owned by B2B.net S.A., the User confirms that they have the necessary permissions to disclose personal data, which will be used by B2B.net S.A. in the manner described in this Policy.
User Profiling
B2B.net S.A. may use profiling, i.e., process the User’s personal data to analyze or forecast personal preferences and interests. Automated data processing is not the sole basis for decision-making by B2B.net S.A. that would produce legal effects concerning the User.

User Rights
The User has the right to request access to their Personal Data, rectification, erasure, a copy, to object, to transfer Personal Data to another controller (if the basis is consent and the data is processed in an automated manner), or to restrict their processing. Consent is voluntary; therefore, it can be withdrawn at any time (also with regard to individual forms of contact) and this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
To exercise their rights, the User sends an email to: IOD@b2bnetwork.pl or contacts the B2B.net S.A. office at Al. Jerozolimskie 180, 02-486 Warsaw in person or by correspondence with the note ‘IOD’.
B2B.net S.A. will send a response within 2 weeks of receiving the inquiry.
B2B.net S.A. reserves the right to provide a response at a later date than stated above (up to one month) due to a large number of inquiries or the complex nature of the inquiry requiring the collection of information from several years, consultation with multiple individuals to provide a complete response, or compilation of data from various IT systems.
In the above situation, B2B.net S.A. will inform the User of the extension of the response time with justification.
The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that their Personal Data is being processed in violation of applicable law.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file that a web service saves on the hard drive of a computer, phone, or other device via a web browser, intended to identify the user of a website. B2B. net S.A. websites use cookies to collect statistical information that helps understand how the User uses B2B.net S.A. websites, which enables improvement of their structure and content.
The User decides whether they agree to B2B.net S.A. using cookies for marketing purposes during their first visit to the site. There is then the option to accept cookies.
The User can set browser preferences to reject all cookies, but this will prevent them from using the full capabilities of B2B.net S.A. website services.
Within websites owned by B2B.net S.A., cookies from third parties may be used. This is related to the use of plugins and other tools provided by services.
The sites contain plugins for the following services:
• Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA),
• LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland),
• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA),
• HotJar (St Julian’s Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian’s STJ 1000, Malta).
The User’s use of a plugin will result in a direct connection to the B2B.net S.A. profile on the respective service’s server. The services may then obtain information about the User’s IP address. When visiting B2B.net S.A. sites while logged into the User’s profile on a given service, they will record information about the visit.
The services do not provide us with information about the purpose, scope, and method of using the collected data, and we have no influence over them. To prevent services from obtaining information about visits to B2B.net S.A. sites, we recommend logging out of your account on the given service.

Security Principles
B2B.net S.A. applies security measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access and from unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. Access to Users’ Personal Data is limited to a number of authorized employees and collaborators of B2B. net S.A.
Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions on personal data protection shall apply.
As needed, in connection with changing legal regulations and technological development, the Privacy Policy may be amended and supplemented. We will inform you of any changes or additions by posting the new content of this document on websites owned by B2B.net S.A.
